David J. Darnell is a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in business, contract and commercial law matters, as well as disputes involving fraud and other intentional torts.
Mr. Darnell is a native of southern California. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1996, where he majored in Communications and Environmental Studies.
He earned his J.D. at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 2000. In law school, Mr. Darnell served on the Board and competed for the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program, one of the most prestigious and consistent award winning written and oral advocacy programs in the country.

As a professional, his counsel has led to significant favorable results for clients in jury and bench trials, arbitrations and mediations. One case in particular involved the defense of a multi-million dollar claim in a 6 week jury trial, which resulted in a monetary award to his client - the defendant. He also has obtained multiple million dollar plus recoveries for clients on the plaintiffs side of the bar.
Mr. Darnell has been an active member of the California State Bar since 2000 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
