Kristy A. Schlesinger is a civil litigator who practices business, commercial, and real estate litigation, representing clients on a broad range of issues including breach of contract, business torts, unfair competition, fraud, employment claims, construction defect, and commercial landlord /tenant disputes

Ms. Schlesinger has served as in-house counsel to a prominent real estate broker and lender, wherein she specialized in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, real estate and business litigation, and regulatory and licensing inquiries.

In February 2010, Kristy Schlesinger was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine. This honor is reserved for the top 2.5% of lawyers in Southern California under the age of 40, and is rated by peers.

Ms. Schlesinger was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002, and is admitted to practice in the Central and Southern Districts of the U.S. District Court of California. Ms. Schlesinger received her B.S., cum laude, from Northern Arizona University and earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law.
